Laurel, Md. – In what seemed to be a slow start, Chainsmoknsuprmodl, under Jockey Jevian Toledo, finished first in Race 4 at Laurel Park on Saturday, February 7. At the start, the three-year-old filly broke a step slow and was taken four wide. She settled soon into the backstretch and edged closer nearing the far turn. Heading into the final stretch, Chainsmoknsuprmodel was able to jump into second just behind Harem Honey. The two battled neck-and-neck until Chainsmoknsuprmodl closed steadily under left-handed rousing and edged Harem Honey by ½ lengths for the win. This marks the maiden win for the Super Saver-Ascot Starre filly by Ascot Knight. In case you missed it, check out the replay below!
