Although Belmont does not have the Derby winner this year, the race will still prove to be exciting with Exaggerator (11) leading the pack at 9-5 odds.

In the longest of the three Triple Crown races, speed is often dangerous. Both Destin (2) and Stradivari (5) have speed, or look to have it on paper. It will be interesting to see which horse goes to the lead, especially since both are trained by Todd Pletcher. It looks to us that one of them will have the lead and they could take it a long way.

The pace will be unlike that of the Derby and Preakness, which will greatly affect how the race is set up. Because Stradivari will have outside pressing position on Destin (theoretically), we lean that way.

Suddenbreakingnews (4) is a good horse and we think he will get the distance, which makes him a threat as well. Creator (13), racing from the outside post also has a chance at a piece. Of course, Exaggerator will be the favorite, so we can’t throw him out completely.
